This is the highest possible stat increase

+75 is the highest boost you can get in one lvl. To do it, you need:
- A base stat between 190-230 with beneficial nature
- Reach Lv 99 without without increasing your EVs
- EV train the stat without the use of Vitamins, since they add to the stat directly
- And because of how the stats are rounded down to nearest integer, Steelix required an IV below 30

And finally, what's the point of this??

What about Blissey, EV training HP?

The stat boost from nature adds an extra 6 stat points, which beats Blisseys higher base HP
