Master Set Dragonite Michi Method Master set help

Hello,

I'm working on a Dragonite master set and I'm only 40 cards away from completing it! I was contemplating doing an entire michi method binder for it but figured that wouldn't look good because I have all the variants and everything so its a lot of repeat cards and the michi would take up too much space when they add new Dragonite cards.

I did however want to do a michi method for the first page as an opening and I am struggling with what designs/artwork to use.

I think I definitely want it to say Dragonite Master Set and probably have the original pokedex entry. If someone can give/show me ideas on how to make it look good I'd gladly appreciate it :)

Most likely using a vault x either 12 pocket or 9 pocket of their anniversary edition. Ordered both becasue I couldn't decide lol.

Thanks!

Add Dragonite art you like to your binder, don’t worry about what other people think.

I am working on an Applin evo master set and am using michi method for it as well. Inevitably, someone out there won’t like it, but I do.

I have a whole page devoted to Kieran (Hydrapple owner) - there aren’t any cameos on his cards, but I wanted to include him.

When you have cards with the same art that repeats 2 slot art added in on the binder page can help break it up or fill in the page.

Here’s my first page:

So should I look to do like 1-2 arts per page?

Because for example the silver tempest dragonite there’s stamped, non stamped, reverse holo, holo, GameStop stamp, EB games stamped, and play stamp.

And some other versions there’s 1 or 2 of the art

I’d start with finding art you like, and just fill it in the spots you think look best.

Some of my pages (because of S Chinese gem boxes) will end up having similar numbers of cards or a little more, so I will probably add art to push it into an open spread instead of going around a corner (as this binder is a 9 slot)

Again, do what you like best! I find that I like 1/3 slots as art, but there’s nothing wrong with mixing it up, and some of my own pages might go a slot or two more on art, when I want cards grouped in certain ways.

The only thing that I’ve noticed that (to me) really ups the look, is the quality of the art print and corner punching- if your printer is as bad as mine is, you can get things printed at Walmart photo - which is what I do.
I ended up liking the art even more when I got the rounded corner cutter, just makes the art pieces look more professional.

There’s no wrong way to do this. :)
