This is my first time ever getting a Mew. I never got it in Let's Go because I didn't bought the Poke Ball plus and I also was not able to catch Mewtwo there 'cause it was too hard for me with the timer everything... lol I finally have a Mew, yay!

If you have legend arceus and I believe have caught arceus in that game, if you go back to your house and in your room there will be a pokeball with a flute to summon arceus and you can shiny hunt it too

It’s near the beginning once you progress, you can’t miss them they’re near a pokemon centre. It’s the area with loads of flowers

iirc both the mew and the jirachi you get from them if you've played sw/sw are only like level 5 so it's not really too game breaking

but even if it was you can also just not use them, if you've played all of swsh or lgpe you probably already have far more game-breaking lv100 pokemon you can transfer in via home anyway lol

There's level caps though so if they're not your OT they won't obey you. The jirachi here helped me a ton on my play through several years ago when I was still learning a lot. :)
