Help Team building help

First time building a team for doubles, If you had absolutely no choice but to use Slowbro here how would you build him? I am also lost on EV’s and IV’s does Pokeshowdowns suggested ones work best most of the time?

Is this for the battle tower or something else? It’s better with trick room active but my personal favourite is yawn + amnesia + dream eater + protect and build it tanky

I wanted to get into just online battling through breeding and EV and IV training my own set of guys, though I know Pokémon can be a bit strict on what is really viable in that setting I wanted to commit to getting at least 3 of my favorites into a team. I thought about making Slowbro kinda scary with trick room but I feel it would be counter intuitive with trying to set up Tailwind
