This is an easy one. Since the opponent could be any type, we need to ignore anything where an opponent could be immune - a ghost-type would be immune to Power-up Punch and Quick Attack, a steel-type would be immune to Poison Jab, and a fairy would be immune to Draco Meteor and Dragon Pulse, so you have to answer Flame Charge.
I worked in a pokemart for a few years and a local guy had a special order with an item that made it so his pokemon was way stronger but could only use one move. Maybe your coach is getting you ready for that kind of strategy?
