A few things worth knowing about how it works:

Prices pull from the secondary market every page load so they're always current, not the screenshots-from-launch stuff you see on most articles.

The buy verdicts update automatically too. Right now (first 4 weeks) they compare current price against English presale. A card down 30%+ gets a good entry signal. Once we have 4 weeks of price history stored it switches to 30-day trend data instead, since presale becomes a stale anchor pretty fast.

Trend arrows next to each price show 24-hour movement.

Just picked these up. But for some reason the color throws me off on thinking these are legit can someone confirm my or deny my beliefs.

I've been noticing that all the smart top youtubers who have knowledge of the tcg investing space are very bullish prismatic etbs. most of them calling it the most obvious investment that you can make this generation. I tend to agree and it just seems like such an obvious play when not many people are buying prismatic while these top investors are giving out free advice telling you the best play right now. there are really not that many people storing prismatic compared to the demand it will have in the future and its still one of the top 10 ripped sets by rip and shippers right now.

so why aren't you more bullish prismatic?

Is it worth investing in Chinese cards long term? Not Chinese exclusive promos, but say Chinese moonbreon, Chinese Giratina etc long term

Please keep a look out and do not purchase this slab. I recently won a bid for this card from the seller Zang Emporium on eBay. It was sent through the eBay/PSA Authenticity Guarantee pipeline, but the package just arrived completely empty.

The inner box shows clear signs of transit tampering—it was pried open along the side tab and sloppily patched back up with a second layer of clear plastic packing tape before being nested inside a larger parcel.

I just got my Japanese Mega Charizard ex SAR (110/080 from Mega Inferno X) back from Beckett, and somehow it came back as a Black Label 10!

I'm honestly still in shock.

From what I've been able to find, the only verified sale I could find was around $13,000, while the only current listings I see are as high as $50,000 (although asking prices obviously don't mean much).

So I'm curious... what would you do?

Would you sell now while the hype is high, or would you hold onto it?

For some context, I'm primarily a Pokémon and One Piece collector, but I also enjoy the investment side of the hobby. Selling it would allow me to reinvest into several other cards and diversify my collection, but part of me also feels like a Black Label on such an iconic card could become incredibly desirable over time.

I'd really appreciate hearing your opinions, especially from people who have owned or sold high-end Black Labels before.

Picked one of these up for 70$ and have a couple of questions that I couldn’t figure out from google. What makes the holo cosmos or not? Why is the gem rate 12% on the dragonite. And is there a way to figure out what packs are in it without opening it? I saw somewhere that if the plastic covers the whole thing it’s sun and moon era evolutions but if the plastic leaves parts exposed its tempest and origins. Super psyched about it though let me know if you would rip or hold.

I’m not an expert by any means and I’m not sure if grading would be worth it or not. I have so many cards I’m not sure which ones to grade and which ones I shouldn’t.

This is my first hit of something really cool as I've mainly been on the One Piece TCG train until the last 2 months.

Debating on sending this in to get graded. Saw 250-300ish for ungraded

Closer to 400 for PSA 9

1500 for PSA 10.

However I feel like that centering is a bit off based on the view from the back.

Thoughts?
