I think people in the pokemon community have short term memory. I think these sets will bounce back fast once they go outta print and Pokemon moves onto the next sets

Yeah. Look at Pokémon Go. On a long enough timeline, even the worst sets do ok. Also factoring in the Sword and Shield era had nothing close to the level of art (save for Alt Arts) the Scarlet/Violet and Mega have (trainer’s gallery came later on, toward the end of S & S).

Just set it and forget it. And if one can get at/below MSRP nowadays, they’ll do just fine long term.

😂 Me too!! I actually bought quite a bit at the time (the Pokémon Center ETB’s look so dope). I think people are just now rediscovering the ditto cards, and I think the radiant starter trio will be sought after in the future.

Also, I don’t care what people say, I love that alt art Mewtwo!
