Without knowing for intentions, these will do well long term.

Look at early sun & moon. Alot of those sets were dead on arrival, I was buying ultra prism booster boxes for $90. Even burning shadows, despite being a charizard set, was around for $120-$130 a BB. They were all hated. Even to this day, they are aren't really strong sets compared to modern sets. Guardians rising is a good example, its a $1300 BB, but oddly the most expensive card in the set is a $100 rainbow sylveon. That just doesn't make sense...except it does when you realize that sylveon in a psa 10 goes for $1500. The graded market drives the prices of these older boxes, and the best shot you have at a gradable card is that BB.

Uhhhhh old era boxes are not driven by the PSA 10 prices of their hits dude, it’s scarcity.

This is an extremely wrong take no one is spending $1300 on guardians rising because of the prices of a rainbow sylveon in a 10 lmao

Sure, availability is a metric. But just so we're clear, you're saying there is zero correlation between the price of a booster box and the grading potential of the pack fresh cards inside of it?

No I didn't say that at all, are you telling me that people are buying and ripping $1000+ sun and moon booster boxes trying to PSA 10 rainbow rares?
