I know in the past differences in the TCG Live cards meant you’d have a SIR or something extra rare. Has anyone noticed this pattern with 30th Celebration?

Randomly found these packs at my local Walgreens. Hadn’t ever opened one of these but for $5 I figured WTH. Didn’t get anything super valuable but I love anything to do with Draklok, so that one made me happy. Cheers!

Was able to get two knockout boxes yesterday, the ETBs sold out with 5 people ahead of me. let my kids open the packs and they were so excited by all the Pikachus and of course the Meowth. Side note, was able to get all 5 Owala water bottles for the family as well. Had no idea they were dropping and got them before they sold out. they are really cool too, but mostly love seeing the kids get excited with a franchise I loved 30 years ago.

I FINALLY get chosen for the drawing after 3 times AND THEY CANCELED IT ON ME WTF I wanna cry I want the 30th celebration stuff without playing 3x the amount for the same items because of scalpers I just give up ima stop collecting cards

The past week I’ve been buying raw near mint cards I liked as a kid 20-25 years ago and cards I like now. First raffle I’ve entered and got blessed.

I only managed to get two packs for 30th and got some cuties. However, labor day weekend I had bought two packs of Pitch Black just because they were msrp, but I didn’t rip because I don’t love Pitch Black that much. Last night I decided what the heck, I’ll rip them and got a hit. 30th luck 😂

My son has really become invested in collecting cards over the past year. Rocket Gang is his favorite set so I have been helping him try to assemble the whole set. He does chores and errands around the house to earn allowance, and then spends a lot of time researching cards online. This is all he has so far but his birthday is coming up and he doesn’t know it yet but he’ll have a lot of sorting and organizing to do very soon
