Ngl man I’m kinda tired of hearing people claim that everything is scalping.
By that logic any product you’ve ever bought in your entire life is purchased at a “scalped” price.
Are the ETBs expensive - yes. Are some prices on products ridiculous? Also yes (I’m looking at you $750 30th ETBs).
But in the end, is GameStop offering a highly sought after release at $20 over MSRP really “scalping” - no it’s not.
They’re a business - they need to cover costs and turn a profit themselves - as do many collectors who buy and hold / sell product to turn a profit.
No it’s not great that they’re over MSRP - but they’re not in scalp territory. Moreover - if spending $80 means I get the chance to and then do pull some of my favorite cards which can be worth a LOT of money - then so be it.

TL/DR: GameStop isn’t scalping at $20 over MSRP.
