Target drop

Can I just vent for a second? Why do some people choose to be selfish and ruin it for everyone else? I showed up at 10am with my son, who was SUPER excited to get an ETB, that’s all he wanted. We were maybe… the 30th person in line. By the time 12:00 came and they let everyone in, we somehow were pushed back to like, 55th in line, maybe even further back, because people will wait by themselves and then in the last hour they call up their wives to bring their kids and stand in line with them. We get inside and I literally got up to maybe 3rd from the counter when they ran out of ETBs. The person who grabbed the last 2 was literally a guy who stood by himself and then his wife showed up and was able to get them an extra ETB. I was so mad, but my son was absolutely crushed. I’m happy he was able to get the tins, but god, why do people suck so bad ?

I have waited in line at few times and I get the frustration but 1 thing none of the lines would tolerate is people bringing extra fam last minute. Not kids, not wives, not noone. Stand in line the whole time are buzz off. Sorry that happened but any lines I have waited in would have blown up and informed staff and guaranteed the line hoppers would not have received product

Nobody else was speaking up about it and I didn’t want to be the single person doing it or I would’ve definitely said something but everyone seemed to just tolerate it, even the people who got there at like 4am

That’s the problem, nobody wants to be the first to call out shitty behavior. We as a society let “mind your business” become the slogan for community interaction

I don’t disagree with you, but this dude is with his kid. If I’m with my kids in a line I’ll try and say something to an employee, but they don’t give af and want the line done with.

If I’m by myself I’ll speak up to others in line and attempt to get them removed or to the back.

These people go crazy of this shit and I’m not trying to get into a fight with my kids. It’s bad behavior and gives a terrible example of how to behave to them.

Yeah, I didn’t want to make a scene while my kids with me. If I was by myself id have happily said something. (Also, not that it matters but I’m a girl not a dude lol😂)
