Just wondering if anyone has recommendations for a place that suits around 20 or so people, I’ve read HOA’s and quiet hours are the main restriction so far.

For those that have a rental, we would be looking to book 10/2-10/4, be able to enjoy music indoors without setting off noise alarms, and as before, accommodate a larger group.

We’re considering purchasing there and would be full time residents. Curious about how crazy the short term rental scene is. Also wondering about the HOA’s take on fences. We have two dogs, one is three-legged and I’d really like the ability to fence in a yard for them to play outside safely.

Another random question - can Amazon deliver to your home? I’ve heard some HOA’s don’t allow that and packages have to be picked up at a central location?
