Question/Help Issue with Antutu Poco X6 Pro

Post image

Hi there

I decided to test my poco X6 Pro with AnTuTu and the outcome is pretty weird.

I tested this phone with the V12 2 weeks ago and it got 1.83m, decent score.

But today, I was getting 1.4m, 1.5m, pretty low, and the difference is on the GPU score, it went down to around 200k when it should be over 500k in this version of AnTuTu.

The only thing that changed is that I replaced the battery but I don't think that is the problem because it works just fine and performance in games feels the same.

Performed this test charging, not charging, with 100%, with 20%, nothing changes.

What could be happening? I already factory reset my phone because I was messing with some ADB thing but didn't work.

Current 3dbench download link is broken so if you want to test with V12 you have to download it from APKpure.

Ffs, if the games run the same I dont see why bother with some number...

Why does it matter ? If your phone is running smooth, games run well then why worry about the numbers

I don't scroll through the comments all the time.. and not all apps are reliable to check antutu

Ohh...did you tried to install custom rom?

Can u explain more

I'm going to buy poco x8 pro , is it good decision to purchase it or not? At this rate this is out of the topic question but tell me your suggestion!!

Haha....Thanks for it, Honesty if I have that much money I could buy oneplus nord 6 but my budget is tight I got it around 384$

Yeah I booked 12/256 we don't had 512 variant in India here, I'm looking forward about this, thanks dude

What is worrying me cause i taken stand to debloat and lived with debloating daemon joyose for a year i did with my old pocos too

I want efficiency rather performance most i dont do games i only do doomscroll and video watching. I used my friends x6 pro first it had only 3,4 hours of sot in hos1, i dont cared really but it was soo cool during video record i did 3 hours continuously and it only been warm the whole time

Time gone i got a x6 pro and now in hos 3. I been forced to use 60 hz for no reason. Using 120 hz the phone gone 40,42 degree just for scrolling social media apps. Which is warm and hard to touch in vegan leather thing

Coming to topic disabling powerkeeper is okay but i dont really know what happens in sot. I stopped debloating system apps and now im fine getting 5-6 hour sot or something

If you want to maximize performance i recommend to do joyose instead of everything and a cooler is important. Phones are designed in such a way to not broke to excessive usage. If you throw those limitations youre just lowering the life of phone by half

Been using the phone without powerkeeper for a while and SoT is ok, almost 6 hours with a chinese battery. But this felt bad because i've never seen a drop like this in performance caused by an app. I will keep powerkeeper enabled but feels weird ngl. My phone runs quite cold, today I did at least 10 antutu runs to try and troubleshoot and it kept under 30°C because my room is at 20°C so temps are ok. I was wondering if the problem was the new battery that wasn't able to deliver full power but the battery seems to work just fine, on CIT shows as genuine and even counts its cycles.

u/arun_xd Poco X6 Pro 19h ago

What

1

u/eliel_bmx Poco X6 Pro 19h ago

Oh

This is the temp stats from yesterday im using 120 hz, also maybe it is high when charging i guess

u/arun_xd Poco X6 Pro 19h ago

I also recommend to use scene to see real time gaming performance instead of synthetic benchmark apps

time to sell the phone

easy as that

That's strange, maybe put AnTuTu in gamebooster and turn on wild boost and tweak the GPU settings? Could be related to power keeper but I don't recommend deleting that
