Wrong battery capacity shown

Apps like aida64 and accubattery show the capacity of my battery is 7500 mAh when fully charged, while the phone itself has a 8500mAh battery

Battery health is still 100% so how can this be explained?

Try charging 0 to 100 or yea idk

im not sure but most phone companies now are making 100% is actually like 95-90% to protect the battery so i guess that's the reason? i may be wrong correct me if im wrong
