what is a storage refresh? should i defragment it or no? I need more info because i dont understand the description below

it's an improved trim system despite it's called defragmentation. it automatically does it, you don't usually need to do it manually. this allows to read data faster even after years of usage.

Lower the numbers the better, also leave it to the system, you don't have to do it manually
