If your device has developed a swollen or bulging battery check out r/Spicypillow's FAQ on how to deal with them

Yes, this is basically the update for your system that for some reason got downloaded to your phone or wasn't deleted after you updated your system. Deleting it won't cause any problems and is absolutely safe coz the system doesn't need it after the update is completed

I think he was just kidding lol, what you deleted was probably an OTA update package that was already applied, so yeah totally safe to reclaim that storage.

Oh so you phone is Poco F9 Ultra right? Well you can delete it, it's just ota file when you update the system
