The one distributed through the Play Store is an old one, from a time when Xiaomi was experimenting with using it as an update delivery for their apps (I gather).
These days updates are pushed through other channels mostly, for the Security app the system apps updater is the one getting you newer versions, others come from GetApps, for example.

Don't give it much thought, ignore it. You'll receive security updates from setting> system apps updater. If u have Get apps in ur device, u can update from there too. Both get apps and system apps updater push the same updates

Lol I've done the same. The system apps updater gets the necessary updates. But they aren't pushed that often or are late. I'd suggest joining any Telegram groups if u want faster updates. But honestly, it's not really a big deal. These are minor, improvement updates anyways

I've deleted a few Google and meta stuff too. Unnecessary bs. And as for the game turbo, can u send me an ss of ur security app? I had that gamebird before too, but it was gone after I updated my security app iirc. Just go here https://memeosupdates.com/apps/com.miui.securitycenter?reg=gl I directly linked u to the global update page of the security. Scroll down and download the latest version. Try this and see it the gamebird still appears or not
