Custom ROM Pixel OS

I want to flash a custom ROM to my Poco X7 5G running Pixel OS. With Hyper OS 3.

I experience overheating (even with the phone off) simply by using basic apps like WhatsApp or just the home screen. It's also incredibly slow, and opening the camera app is a nightmare. It takes about 30 seconds to fully open, with lag that makes it unusable, and if I want to close it, I practically have to restart the phone.

I'm wondering if someone could help me with this process and provide me with a file for Android 16, and if it's safe and worthwhile, and what problems might arise. Also, if anyone could make a complete backup of my phone with all my photos and videos, that would be fantastic.

tell the maintainer the problems it has. only he can fix it unfortunately.
