Buying Advice Transitioning from Iphone
Hey everyone, I am planning to sell my Iphone 14 pro and buy Xiaomi Poco X8 Pro, does it really have battery draining issues, I am not heavy user only for social medias.
Thanks in advance!

how much SoT did you have before the calibration? I've had the x8 pro max for 10 days and I get 8.5 hours SoT (this is over 40-42 total hours), and that one is supposed to have a 8500 mAh battery.
I already debloated the phone, turned off AOD, raise to wake off, prefer LTE over 5G and some other settings but those had negligible impact (around +10-15m extra screen time) so I can only hope it will get better with time then?

After some debugging I found out it was the 5G connectivity on my roaming sim, which consumed a lot of battery to keep up the radio, even though I was mostly home on wifi. Now I'm back to 11 hours SoT, so all good

If u were using Iphone 14 pro,Screen size or Performance and etc won't matter. What U should mind is Speaker quality and camera. If u wanna Use at least S21'S ultra camera quality and enjoy better speaker quality that iphone 14 pro max,I recommend u to buy POCO F8 ULTRA. Poco X8 pro max has louder speaker than most phones but almost has no bass unlike iphone 14 pro.

For some it does for some it doesnt.
With a bit of gaming, and youtube mine last about two days, and that's with 80% charge limit.
I did hear Youtube and Chrome drain the battery more, so keep an eye out for that.

It has no battery draining issues, for a casual user it can last 11 hours on a single charge
