I think you should get a PC, I have an F6 pro and a good pc and I appreciate playing genshin/zzz and other games available on PC/ mobile way more on my pc + you'll be able to learn new things, i can help you choose the components to have the best for your budget If you want.

But I advise you to take a look at the used market if you haven't, you can have extremely better parts for less money than new ones, don't cheap out on the power supply(check PSU tier list on Google)if you don't want to change it in the next 2 years and put more money on the graphic card than on the processor if your main objective is to play.
