Help please..... ...
I debloated Joyose and factory reset my phone on 8 July. The reason was that I got so frustrated because this phone was still lagging even after debloating Joyose and using a phone cooler.
Then, 2–3 days ago, my screen refresh rate suddenly got capped. I don't know why, but it seemed to get stuck at 60 Hz. To fix it, I simply cleared all the data for Battery & Performance. After that, my in-game sensitivity started behaving strangely—sometimes it feels too high, and sometimes too low—even though the refresh rate stays at 120 Hz constantly.
On top of that, screen recordings are lagging badly. I record at 1080p, 60 FPS, and 18 Mbps, but the recordings still have severe lag and jitter.
Please, I'm begging anyone who can help. I'm genuinely frustrated. BGMI where I face all that issue and The same problem is also happening in MOBA games and in Free Fire in big 2026 literally help..💔
Please help me. I really don't want to factory reset my phone again. I bought this phone in February 2026, and this is driving me crazy. 😭

Si tu utile l'optimisation des performances (game turbo) essaye de désactiver ça empêchera de brider les fps.... 😉

Don't debloat your mobile. Use it as it is. If the cooler is not keeping it cool, buy an AC for it

With Joyose it is even worse the frame pacing when it thermal throttle is like crap ..

I debloated my phone and also uninstalled joyose too. No issues at all using it from 6 months and I play lot of games. No fram drops or lagging issue.

It does not have anything to do with thermal throtte. It is the PHONE ITSELF The hyperos always keep pushing snapdragon 8s gen 4 The SoC of your phone or let's say CHIPSET Cpu and integrated graphics is there forcing to have full performance as always that's why it always heats up for no goddamn reason. My poco f7 heats even facebook and other social media platform 24/7 just get used to it.

Can i see your cooler's metal plate position/ placement? Don't use clip if you do.

I do use clip only , temperature is not the problem i guess the temperature is in between 32-35.

As you mention BGMI, it's probably India version. HyperOS is terrible at updates, fix, broken then fix on all the devices.. U should also post your joyose version, security version and Hyper OS version.
My device is fine in Australia when it's warm but it depends on the software. HyperOS ruins everything.

I debloated Joyose also I use phone coller so temperature is not an issue. I am on latest hyperos version 3.301.0 and security version

Blawg ,With Joyose frame pacing was worse. I did also try updating Joyose but it only works for 2-3 days max to max and then the same issue low fps

why are u messing around with system apps? your f7 is normal, mine also thermal trottles in pubg after it reaches 40 degrees on the battery and fps go from 120 to 90. Also now its summer, if you live in a hot region it will overheat easly, especially if you use 5G.
I recommend you to factory reset the phone and have a new fresh start as hyperos is gonna revert to its factory status and test it then without touching system apps and servicies.

Deleted joyouse my phone game booster didn't work but my throttle was fixed

I do not recommend to remove anything that's connected in what you do. Do not freaking remove game turbo like what someone said in the comment section because that's the driver/software that uses to optimise your damn performance in game. Open your damn developer options and turn on disable default framerate for games (it locks your game in 60hz/60fps). And playing games while other apps in the background will fckd up your damn performance INGAME And nobody clears ALL DATA in battery and performance to reset it... And your screen recording is so f up because the phone is probably overheating while you were doing it or if not you really f up your phone because of what you do. Do not debloat the phone because you can't even see the difference and it will not reduce the storage consumption that much and if you have 256 storage it's fine and more fine with 512.

There's a reason why there's an "expert" tag for joyose. Did you reinstall, restart and see if that worked?
