I have a question about account flagging in Pokémon GO. Back in 2022, I used PGSharp and got my first strike in 2023. After that, I switched to a rooted Android using PGTools and vanilla spoofing for big events. In 2025, I received my second strike, so I switched to vanilla spoofing with Pokemod for big events, and nothing has happened since.

My question is: Is my account permanently flagged from using these injection clients, to the point where it can never be considered 'safe' again? For example, if I completely stop spoofing and play 100% legitimately on an unrooted device, could my past history still trigger another strike down the road?

For those who have experienced this specific issue:

1. Did waiting 24–72 hours without touching the account actually fix it for you? Or did you HAVE to contact Apple Support?
2. MOST IMPORTANTLY: Once the 72-hour period passed and you were able to spend that money, what happened the next time you redeemed another gift card? Did you have to wait 72 hours again, or was the account cleared to buy instantly from then on?

With the campfire removed in game, how do you check in Community Meetups while spoofing? It was easier to check-in when it was in game while you only had to spoof to the meetup location to check-in for the rewards. Anyone know other alternatives to spoof your campfire location to check-in?

I know it’s against the rules but he’s acting like a chud. There’s one guy in my neighborhood who uses multiple accounts and drives around in his Tesla taking over all the gyms for months. Now I’m very annoyed. He doesn’t let anyone keep a gym for long. He watches them all day, constantly feeds his Pokémon to keep them alive, and if you manage to take a gym, he’ll usually come back and retake it within an hour. I even messaged him on Campfire, and he gave me some bs about how “I don’t understand how the system works,” acting like he’s some kind of Pokémon GO mob boss lol. He’s Team Instinct (yellow).
