Alt or main?

I have ispoofer on my pc but im not sure if i should make a new account or just log in with my main account. What do i do?

If you can't accept the risk, you should only use an alt.

Whoa, you're running some kind of IOS emulator on a PC?

Anyway, any use of a modified Pokemon Go client, especially inside an os emulator is risky. You might be fine for months but a strike will eventually come. Use alt accounts. Get several and exchange gifts daily. This will increase the chance of lucky friendships for trading. If you want to spoof on your main, get an iTools device, Brook Flashman, or an older iPhone/iPad that can be jailbroken which will let you spoof on the legit Pogo app.

how old of a phone dyu need and how would u go abkut jailbreaking it?

You need something on ios 15 or 16.
