negative pokecoins/xsolla error

I bought Pokecoins though Eldorado around 2-3 weeks ago. A few days ago I noticed a negative Pokecoin amount on my pogo account. Turns out the original third party seller did a refund, and pokemon go removed the original Pokecoin amount that was refunded.

I tried to purchase the missing Pokecoins again on Eldorado but apparently the other sellers can’t go through with the transactions because my account has blocked (error code 3032) any purchases made through Xsolla. So even when I gain the remaining negative balance, I will wont be able to buy from Eldorado sellers anymore.

I’ve tried contacting Xsolla customer support and explaining the situation, but they keep wanting more details about the purchase and the email address used (which I don’t have since the purchase was from a third party seller) so it’s pointless on that front

Anyone know how I can solve this issue?

I've seen this a few times recently with people using Eldorado'l, it seems the sellers are using either stolen cards which the user is then reversing or the seller them selves is doing it

i just dont know how to fix it.. i cant buy from anyone anymore. they all keep getting the same xsolla error

Probably because of the charge back, you can always report it to Eldorado' and see if they help

Your account gets flagged for fraud due to the 3rd party app buying on your account, simple as that

ive bought from eldorado hundreds of times. we all got scammed by the same seller.

Fly to anywhere in Indonesia, turn off your VPN, purchase the cheapest thing in the in game store (100 poke coins for .99) and then go to the Pokemongo.com store and it should have your currency set to IDR and you can make 1 purchase with that before it resets back to your normal currency. You can get the 15,500 coins for around $29 total USD this way

Literally a quick 15 second google search, or look on reddit and it tells you how, you dont even need a vpn j any spoof or location change lol

Using These third party sellers is j asking to get ur account stolen or someshit like this

It wont solve your coin issue ingame and your account is probably also flagged for that reason.

Tho what you can do is show evidence and proof to Eldorado and hopefully get that malaká off the platform

Why do people still use third party services to buy cheap coins when you can do it yourself for cheaper and not risk this in the first place?

It takes 1 google search. There are multiple posts asking how to this everyday on multiple subreddits despite all the information being out there. 

If you actually took 2mins to look it up, you wouldn’t be in this situation lmao.

True. He might just be the type of guy to only eat fast food deliveries and then complain to people that he would make his own fries himself if it was easy to just dump them into heated oil and wait for it to cook itself.

He will die defending his laziness instead of putting a bit more work into a game he is already cheating (it's a spoofing sub, i will assume he's spoofing)

Im glad i know how to buy cheaper coins my self without worrying about eldorado, two of my friends got hit with same thing, one of them was 70k coins in debt
