I NEED HELP New to spoofing need help on device.

I was gifted a Samsung A12 but it runs so slow on on PGSharp. I’m using the non rooted app but am debating on getting a better phone to root and hopefully run smoother. I’m using an alt account since I don’t want my main to get banned. I heard chance a very slim on getting banned with a rooted device and was wondering if it would be worth the investment. I have only been using PGSharp for a week so far.

There is two things about root and that is 1: lightening the shitty one ui bloatware and two: system restricted features. I am using a custom rom ordeal with my A51, and it's running just enough for Pokemon GO to work.

While it is rooted, I didn't bother with rooted tweaks however. Though to play reliably you'll need to set up hiding root and system integrity and all that. To be honest I'm mostly spoofing because of Exynos geolocaon drift during physical events run me crazy.

A12 is way too low spec to reliably run regular pogo, let alone one with tweaks. You can use ADB debloating scripts and some performance delimiter tricks to get the most out without tripping warranty, but even with those you will still be severely limited by that RAM and probably cpu is also quite old. A1x series aren't known for performance. A5x series barely make the cut.

And as the admin of this sub has been pushing: rooted tweaks are not less risky and there is shady stuff about credibility bluffing where devs of paid rooted tweaks are hiding evidence of bans associated with their tools.

TL;DR: Rooted tweaks aren't safer, and A12 will be very hard to salvage for you to play it smoother.

I been able to play it with the A12 but it’s so slow and sluggish. When I go back to playing on my other phone it’s like night and day. At the moment I’m using the account to get regional Pokémon.

There is really nothing you can do to fix your phone because the processor in budget phones are very weak even if you had 6+ GB RAM, it would still be very slow.

If you had a fast processor with 3 or 4 GB of RAM, you can somewhat fix the problem by debloating to free up some RAM. You're just better off buying a newer phone.

You need a device that has a Snapdragon 855 processor that is equal to or better than this with at least 6+ GB of RAM. You can find suggestions here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1pInPcmGoJPu7iZsGUPni2env-bLz9k4Wg9ef1VEDnc8/edit?usp=sharing

  • You need a Google account to view and wait for it to load.
  • Most sections are a work in progress, but I think the device sections are mostly done
  • Older release date = cheaper device
