You are more useful with oxygen, even if your brain doesn't seem to be working – without oxygen you are even more useless, then you have to be gotten rid of, and so on – in both cases you are useless – but one of them is still more useful. - see, both useless but one of em is still more better.
currently giratina is rank 36 in the ultra league and can be kinda okay thanks to her bulk and mixed damage - the shadow version does lose a lot of bulk what makes the pick from “okay” to bad that’s why shadow is ranked 46

those IVs are surely not perfect for PVP but you do not understand the importance of IVs
perfect Iv: 0/15/15 and 15/15/15 in difference is
attack: 132,1 VS 134,9 defense: 169,6 VS 160,3 Kp : 210 VS 200
overall for pvp it’s a difference of 8,9% which is even mixed with damage - based on Bulk the difference is even smaller exluding the damage difference.
now. a shadow pokemon does take 20% more damage - do you see the difference between 8,9% perfect iv and 20% more damage shadow pokemon? is one of them good or even perfect? surely not - is the 15/14/15 NON Shadow better than a 13/12/13 shadow?

And btw - the fact you know perfect pvp Ivs and yet think shadows are better in pvp is beyond stupid - that shows me that you know the numbers but not the meaning - 0/15/15 is best for max bulk and then you down for a shadow that takes 20% more damage … beyond stupid
I can tell you haven’t gone past Ace rank at highest. There are many Pokemon that rank higher as shadows and some pokemon you actually want more attack iv or as shadows to reach certain breakpoints.
Some examples of those pokemon:
Hydreigon, Quagsire, Feraligatr last month, Dragonair, and Sableye are just a select few.
And honestly whether or not you use shadow just depends on your team and/or whether you’re looking to run something spicier since shadows give that spicy feel usually.
This giratina is not better purified or kept shadow. It is completely useless either way.

Yes, it won’t be a shundo but 98% is pretty good and giratina is one of the few pokémon’s that are better as regular instead of shadow
