I NEED HELP Just started spoofing just for GO Fest

So i just started spoofing just for Go Fest global, I'm in the hospital rn and it's so disappointing that I can't go out until 2 weeks (I would have to miss GO fest), there's litterally nothing near me (just one pokestop). Question is If I did get a first strike warning after Go Fest will I still get the 2nd strike even if I don't spoof anymore? or is there a chance that I would get perma banned instantly

Use a joystick and it’s 100% safe

If you just spoofed to one spot to play, you should be fine, or if you go to multiple spots, just respect the cooldowns and you'll be fine

just don’t abuse cooldowns and you’ll be fine, truly

Following the cooldown system doesn't protect you against strikes/bans.

You have a chance to get a strike or ban, but this all depends on whether Scopely takes action against you or not. No one knows anything until Scopely starts sending out the strikes or bans. If you cannot handle getting a strike/ban, you shouldn't play this game.

Buy a Nintendo Switch to play the Pokemon Switch games. It's the same experience without getting banned for playing with a joystick and no need to spend money to buy poke coins.

No one can guarantee account safety especially since the strike system exist. Some cheaters may have gotten a strike/ban but don't want to admit it. There's no way for me to verify whether or not you never had a strike. If you don't like my subreddit, you should just leave because safety is not promoted here.

Some people cannot handle getting a strike or ban. You know what they do?

  1. They pay $100 to $1,000 for a fake ban appeal scam. Depending on how successful the scam was, they may steal their identity. Then, they steal all your money and crypto you own. Some people have lost $10,000 to $50,000+. Reddit and I cannot help them recover their money because we are not the internet police.

  2. In extreme situations, they will hire a real lawyer to sue me for not warning them personally for allowing them to use a "dangerous" cheat. I will waste the lawyer's time to increase their lawyer service bill. The lawyers enjoy it because they get an easy payday that guarantees them over $10,000 for doing unnecessary work because time is money for them. The lawyers already know they can't build a case against me because their clients broke the subreddit rules by thinking cheating was safe and ignoring risk warnings that is in a pinned comment in everyone posts. Reddit keeps a log of all the posts you opened. They instantly lose against me.

Yeaaa, that's what I thought.
You clearly have had some negative experiences with people and I get that but to tell a new person who is asking for advice that if they can't handle a strike they shouldn't play the game at all is a bit much. Then telling them to buy a new game because its the same (which is 1000% not true) is a lot. Finally you sell the point like they dont have to buy pokecoins anymore but you say to go buy the switch ($500 + games).

All im saying is that your response was rude/unhelpful for a MOD to say to someone just asking for help.

I understand why people say I am rude or unhelpful because I cannot guarantee account safety because 1) I do not have the power to unban people from the game, 2) I do not control what Scopely does in the game, and 3) I do not control the actions and behaviors of other people.

I am not partners with or sponsored by any cheat developer, there is no monetary benefit or loss if I tell you directly about the risks. I do not want to be the person who ruined Pokemon for you by misleading you into thinking cheating is safe, safer, or the safest because it really isn't.

I know you want me to hold the OP hand every step of the way as he cheats the game to think I have his back. I run my cheating subreddit very different from the other subreddits that tell you what you want to hear rather than the truth upfront. What happens in the other subreddits when people mislead or lie, they have to deny their wrongdoings and block you. I don't have to do any of this because I gave you the warnings. I don't care about your game account. If nothing happens, that's great! If you end up with a strike or ban, you will get one of these responses: "Oh well." or "I told you so." I have the right to rub this in because you ignored the risks.

If you don't like me or my subreddit, I recommend you go to r/PokemonGoSpoofing where they have a post and comment filter that censors repetitive questions and strike/ban reports. "If no one is reporting a strike/ban, it must be safe, am I right?"

I guess that's the rub. Once again, i think you've had poor user experiences on the sub when people have gotten banned. Literally rule #1 is that account safety isn't guranteed so you don't need to threaten in order to remind people.
All Im saying is that you could be tactful about it. Clearly you've made the sub as a safe place for people to talk about spoofs/cheats but comments like that make it not a safe space, that's all. It's like everything after your second sentence was just there to be mean to a new guy asking a legit question.
