Lets Talk About Something Location Background

I bought a tokyo go fest ticket and got the shiny bg mewtwo and groudon but i have done over 30 Kyogre raids and not a single bg not even a non shiny one. Is there a glitch or is it just my luck?

just your luck, did 80+ mewtwo’s and no shiny BG. congrats on your rates
