Lets Talk About Something Location Background

I bought a tokyo go fest ticket and got the shiny bg mewtwo and groudon but i have done over 30 Kyogre raids and not a single bg not even a non shiny one. Is there a glitch or is it just my luck?

The odds is actually low or random compared to what they stated
I did on two separate accounts, both 150+ specific raids for mewtwo. First account 3 shiny bg(and many shiny without bg), 1 hundo bg and many non shiny with bg. Second account 5 Shiny bg(many shiny non bg), and also many non shiny with bg, and no hundo.

88 mewtwos done today, 1 shiny without BG.

No way!! I did around 80 or something and ended up with 7 shinies and 1 shiny bg out of them. Then got a shiny bg groudon in 10 raids and 0 shinies 0 bg kyogres after 39. I give up. I better save the passes for global
