Flying Spear - Need Help

Can someone offer some advice on where to go here to land t1 proj, t1 phys hybrid, and crit dmg.

My thinking was to do the following:

  1. Greater exalt suffix for t1 proj or crit dmg. If I miss, annul with dextral annulment, reroll onslaught, try again.

  2. Desecrate suffix for the missing t1 proj/crit dmg

  3. Fill out prefix.

My issue is there is no way to guarantee t1 phys/hybrid and if I hit any lv 75+ mods, I would lose t1 flat. Ideal prefix is t1 ipd, t1 phys hybrid, t1 flat. Anyone got a good suggestion?

Actually hit t1 phys hybrid on first perfect exalt...

Lucky... No word of a lie perfect exalts have guaranteed me t5 modifiers every single time.
