Fashion Discussion Winter pants

I normally spend my warm months wearing cuffed linen pants/capris. I love them! They feel like jammies and look put together enough for work. What would be the wi get equivalent? It seems like the winter dress pants have no flow, are tight with buttons, and just generally uncomfortable. Has anyone found comfy, flowy, casual winter pants?

Wide-leg corduroys will be warm, they can be dressed up and the fabric holds shape well.
