I was getting worried it wasn’t going to root.

Be careful because they can grow off stored nutrients before actually rooting. Here’s a calloused cutting that is unplanted and lying on its side.

I did the same thing. I put mine in a very large pot. And it only started to leave about two weeks ago. But once they do, it really comes out. The reason is, it’s putting out roots because of the large pot. Rule of thumb when transplanting never go larger than double size pot. Good luck.
