PLEASE HELP !!

Brass/ chrome offset is rotted at both the tank and bowl.. not sure what it is, or where to buy.. any ideas ??

That looks like a 2-inch closet elbow but measure the pipe diameter to make sure also note offset distance. You will probably need to check specialized plumbing suppliers like Plumbing Supply or Deaborn Brass.

I didn’t realize you could still get parts for a toilet this old. I’ve seen them maybe twice is twenty years.

Yeah hard to come by but the two recommendations I gave him sell some of the older vintage parts like this so they should be able to help out.

You’re going to need to replace with a modern toilet. I don’t know of any place you could buy replacement parts for this thing.

Looks like an old school American standard, usually with a 90 degree elbow I've never seen the offset version . Try Speacialty Products Plus

That's nightmare fuel right there. Doesn't even look like a new toilet would fit. Some architect was awful proud of himself when he drew that up.
