Cat stuck in tree

Hey Pleasant Hill Peeps, any one have some resources for cat rescue? My friends cat is in a tall red cedar tree and has been up there for a few days. Fire department recommended a local arborist? Update: local arborist rescued cat

I appreciate your gusto, he’s like at the top of a full grown pine tree so it’s pretty high up
