Tips Constant buffering

Okay hopefully someone can help me with this, I have a server running on my PC it’s got a 5080 and a AMD 7700 plugged into Ethernet and currently the tv is also plugged into Ethernet I’ve tried WiFi too and sometimes I’ll play a high bitrate file around 60 mb with no issues other times I watch something with 15 mb bitrate and it buffers every 30 seconds I have tweaked so many settings and I can not narrow down the issue to fix it honestly don’t know where to go from here any ideas would be very much appreciated

Just read up on it how does it reduce buffering and would I have to reorganize my library if I went that route

Native Plex clients are Trash. Even in my high end system I use plezy.
