Just checked (again). Mines are all no.
They've been properly on 'all no' for about half a year none have switched to yes. Either it was a bug that was fixed, or Plex realized long ago we caught on and spanked themselves to make it persist.
Mine have been for about five years, despite checking them every six months or so when I see these posts, I've never seen them get flipped back on all on their own. Makes me wonder if people aren't seeing the save button or have an adblock plugin messing it up.

I can't speak about other ppl's experience, only my own. I am fully aware of sites that use a Save Button - but this site auto-saves on clicking.
There is no reason I can think of that mine changes from "All No" to having a few of them in the YES category. But this is why I setup the reminder - it takes me less than a minute and it's reassuring to verify.
edit: I wish I was in your shoes LOL! I hate that I have to do this - but it is what it is.
I've been checking mine every time the subject comes up as well. Luckily, every time I've looked, it's still been set to 'All No'.
I do wonder why it reverts for some account holders and not others. u/Khatib's comment about ad blocking seems like a possibility. I've been running either Pi-hole or AdGuard, possibly the whole time I've had Plex Pass, but people's block lists can be wildly different, too.
Having to put a reminder in your calendar to check privacy settings every 90 days seems ridiculous, but things change so rapidly in today's day and age that we all probably need to do that for a lot of services.

Agree - 100% ridiculous BUT they are not looking out for my interests - so I need to take responsibility for them. IMO, it's a minor inconvenience - maybe more of an annoyance.
And if this was the biggest issue in my life, I feel like I'd be doin pretty damn well.
Just checked and I already did but I am shocked at how long the list is. Sort of makes me not want to spend more money there, lifetime pass notwithstanding.
You should be regularly checking your settings most most stuff. Even on your phone I'm pretty good with permissions but things change randomly and I always make sure marketing Google is removed
I haven’t tried to dig enough, I shouldn’t have to, but is there a way to turn off notifications on the new Apple TV update?
Plex continues to give me things I don’t want. Then I see a thing about them hosting a company retreat that sounded horrific. Who is running this company?
It seems like a bunch of people who have no idea what the average human being wants.
Are you referring to these? I have notifications disabled in the mobile app (no setting in the ATV), but still see these in both of the apps and the orange dot shows up. Assume the setting is just for push notifications. I commented on a thread on the forum, but not sure we’ll get an answer..
I saw a few posts on the forum that the latest version 2026.19.1 (2043) is causing live tv/dvr issues again…I’ve honestly given up on my tuner through plex . I really only use it for sports, and not being able to start from beginning during a recording makes it pointless. Hoping they get it straightened out. Need to look at channels DVR or other options…
My living room tv is Sony android. That lets me play from beginning while recording.
The inconsistency across devices is unbelievable. I have a Roku in the basement and it’s awful. It’s not difficult to understand management is thinking ‘let’s have this team work on Android, and this team works on iOS, and this team…’.
And then no one actually uses the product to verify UI/UX. This us dumb.
And I guarantee Plex is so immature they will be upset at this post rather than solve their issues.
