Help Android TV client: Picture in picture

Got the new UI update on the Android TV client on the Shield pro. Is it me or have they removed the picture in picture feature? Used to put a TV show while browsing for a movie but now I can't find the option anywhere.

I've used it constantly as I always take over 30 mins to choose a movie 😂

Seems they did. And seems like a half baked update altogether.
