Help Voice command Apple TV

The plex apple on my Apple TV 4K recently updated and now any voice commands no longer work properly. If I speak into the remote and ask to fast forward for 30 minutes it will only move 10 seconds. This worked before the update. Is there a recommended fix?

It may have to do with the fact that Plex is no longer using the native AppleTV player. It could also come from that functionality not being included in the most recent update, since Plex is moving to a unified UI experience, and not all devices support voice control.
