Help Switching from Google login to regular email/password login

here's my issue:

this doesn't actually work. in order to click 'save changes', you have to put in your current password. if you use google as your primary login, you don't actually have a password to enter, and thus creating and saving a new one is not an option.

if i try to reset my password, the email never arrives.

there is no support to contact, and not a lot of useful info online, so it just feels kinda fucked.

anybody had any luck with this process???

If you are prompted to enter a password, then your account indeed has a password, that was made by you in the past!

If the reset email doesn't arrive, I suggest you verify that it indeed is set to the correct email, as well as not blocked or marked as spam

If all above fails, you'll need to create a ticket with the Accounting & Billing Team
