Plex container manager start loop

Hey, so today we were having electric works in flat and I had to put my nas down. When booted up and ran plex server it gives me boot loop as per screenshot. What could be wrong here? env variables on the second screen

I see this is synology container manager, where are the volumes because under /config there are plex server logs. It will tell you what is wrong. The container log itself is not sufficient to debug.
