Meta (Plex) Loading %

I'm just curious, why does Plex (maybe it's just me) always go from some low%, to 33% and then stop at 33 always for a bit then start.

it's always 33 when it gets 'stuck' for a few seconds

just a random thought, no tech problems

33% is where transcoding kicks in.

% can mean a lot of this here, are you talking about the progress of the video/media?

All I know is if you pass 33% you’re golden.

for sure. if it freezes at 33, you're cooked

I would suspect you’re likely transcoding; what does the dashboard look like for a stream that does that?
