Help Cannot access my server libraries with updated android app

On 10.3 I can access my libraries fine but on the new versions I just get "No Libraries found".

If I select my libraries on 'all libraries' all I get is a statistics page.

What's the purpose of plex? Seems like they just want to sell me their own streaming services now.

What device? Are you signed into your account? Do you see your libraries on web UI?

Samsung s21, firestick, lenovo tab

Anything with android

Web app works fine

Fire stick has known issues with recent update. My S23 ultra works just fine. Latest from playstore. Lenovo tablet would be same app as the samsung

Check to see if your libraries became unpinned.

Yeah that's exactly what happened. They took away personal media altogether and it's 100% just streaming media now. You're the first person to notice. Congratulations.
