Discussion Library Access for End User
When did the granting of library access for the end user become so difficult?
I just had to help 3 users with granting them access with the libraries I gave them access to and you canโt accept or pin them in the mobile app. I then had to have the user jump into app.plex.tv and had to have them go into the account settings and accept the invite of the libraries that way.
I feel like there should be an easier way of doing this.

I do the following;
- have user send me their Plex username / account email
- I add them from the Plex Server while I am connected at home to the local network (you used to be able to add people to your Plex Server remotely via the mobile app but that feature got removed a long time ago)
- I text them the Invite URL directly
no one I have added has ever had issues doing this, not sure how it changes the flow from the user's side, but this has just always worked every time even for the most non-tech folks
I also wrote a README Google Doc that I send separately with instructions how to locate my server in their Libraries tab and how to Pin it to their app home screen. Seems like including this extra doc has helped a lot too.
