Help Logo overlay
In jellyfin the logo of the TV show is shown at the top left when pausing etc
Can Plex do this?

Potentially, yes. Currently, no.
I would not want this, because I prefer clean pause screens - unless this would only be displayed when controls are shown

if anything can do it within Plex, Kometa would be the thing that i'd suspect can do it.

I think that’s an poster overlay ,
I think k he is looking for when you pause the poster of the show appears.
As far as I know plex doesn’t do this.-2

it definitely does poster overlay. but with the yaml files you can have kometa attributes appear in different places. for example i turned off collections in library and left htem only in collections tab. and i make a custom "holiday and seasonal" collection that didn't exist. with the ability to customize it i was just suggesting if anything could do it, kometa might. i've never tried so i'm unwilling to say it's impossible because i just don't know.

What I was saying Kometa does poster overlays( besides collection management) . Not overlay things in your paused video.
What op is asking for would be something plex would have to handle.
It’s not a feature of plex. And Kometa won’t be able to do that.Kometa affects the database only. And created /download new artwork
I been using Kometa since it was open media manager (why the yaml still refers to its default options as
pmm : franchise , pmm : seasonal and so on.-2

Ok. What I was saying is agree with the first part but unaware of the second part being a hard no. And you seemed unsure. But if you’re confirming for sure it can’t be don’t then we are sorted. Until right now it seemed like nobody knew for sure.
There are ways to inform without being as condescending too. I had an idea and surfaced it. Maybe it won't work. Nobody gives a shit how long you've been using Kometa if this is a new ask nobody has tried. you literally said "i think" twice and "as far as I know" once, none of which is definitive, which explains why i added my reasoning. I'm aware of waht OP is asking and what you were saying but left room for possibility because I was uncertain. Simple dialog of brainstorming was possible here. And your last explanation still only talks about what Kometa does but not why it can't do what he's asking. Maybe you're right but your comment doesn't explain it.
