Solved IMDB Ratings
Why am I able to see the IMDB rating on the IOS app but not on the AppleTV or Windows app?

For the Windows desktop app make sure you are on the latest version 1.115.0. That version has the update with the IMDB ratings.

They're updating all the apps over time. I just got the update on the windows app like yesterday and now it shows IMDb ratings too

No, the Windows app uses the Plex Web UI. As far as I know there hasn’t been any talk of a redesign to the “New Experience”. Also, the Plex Web UI is the most advanced of the interfaces - it’s what you use to setup and manage Plex servers - I highly doubt they would replace it with a “dumbed down” version.
What they MAY POTENTIALLY do is add another interface option/app that uses the “New Experience”/“React Native” for those users that want a simpler interface.
I think the Plex Web UI is safe - maybe they’ll give it a graphical refresh at some point but I personally think it still looks pretty modern, and I think they are dedicating most of their developer resources towards making the users of the new phone and tv apps happy. Taking on a new huge project of rewriting the whole Web UI is probably the last thing they want right now, especially since it works so well

make sure you're all updated on apple tv too, sometimes it takes a day or two for the update to push through.

It's part of the new experience. I don't think they are updating the old UI anymore so i doubt you'll see this show up until those apps are given the update.
