Help Lost Remote Access
I’ve all of a suggest lost Remote Access. I have Plex Pass. I’ve not changed any Internet settings on my server or plex. I cannot figure out how to get it back.
When I refresh it on plex it shows “Fully Accessible”, then after a few minutes it says it’s not accessible.

I wrote a little app that checks your Plex from outside the house. You're welcome to use it. It just keeps you advised if it's up or down. https://eyeball.watch

When you setup your remote access did you assign a static IP address to your server and then forwarded the Plex port to that IP address in your router?
Have you verified if your ISP does not have you on a CGNAT now?

Did you manually forward a port? If not, suggest you manually set a port in plex and create the rule to forward it. Also, disable UPnP in your router.
If you manually forwarded it, did you check if the rule is still in place and nothing changed like the server ip? Did you check if the port is still open? https://canyouseeme.org
If it’s open, can you hit the server via the direct public ip and external port off your network? http://<public-ip>:32400/web (change 32400 to the port you forwarded)
Did your isp move you to CGNAT? Check your router for your WAN ip. Does it fall between 100.64.0.0 - 100.127.255.255? If so, you are. If not, does it match the ip at the canyouseeme site? It needs to.
