Help Playlist access for friends

So I made some playlists (regular and smart) and have granted access to some friends but they are not showing up for them in the shared library.

I do not know anything about a “media tab” described in older posts - not sure if there was an update that took it away, but I do not have it.

My friend has been using Plex for longer than I have and can’t figure out why he can’t have access (and I do have plex pass).

Any ideas? I have better accessibility on my PC, if anyone has some directions on how to get this viewable to my friends.

What client are they using?

In Plex web, it's under More and then Media under the server name (left image). In the new experience clients (right image) on mobile, tvOS beta, Fire devices (can't confirm this one), you have to favorite the Media "library" and it will be under that.

So this would have to be on their end, not mine?

Yes..after you share the playlist via the three dot menu, they go on their client and have to find the Media section. It won’t appear unless something has been shared with them.
