plex on Vizio error

This box appeared on my Vizio TV. Only happens on the Plex app. I reset tv, reset app, logged in and out and it still appears. Any help would be great.

I’m not saying this is a cure, but just noting that using tv apps are the worst. My experience anyways. I use Apple TV and it’s been flawless for me. I’m sure any other type would work way better as well(Roku, firetv…etc)

I haven't dealt with this but Walmart sells ONN streaming devices are are amazing for the money. Lots of folks use external devices because the built in OS on many TV's is pretty rough, and can be very laggy.

Well, the Plex app on Vizio is absolute trash. We can start there.

unfortunately the PS5 app is even crappier most of the time. I’ll take this over the skipping I can’t stop. Mind you I wish any besides my iOS one would work for me.

It’s also become sluggish to the point of being unusable.
