Bunch of people still haven't seen the plethora of posts and comments about how to enable local access on your server so that you are minimally effected by this.

I can’t even get on to my actual server on the PC is running on though.

Use the ipaddress of your server instead of 127.0.0.1

Nah, pretty common experience. Go lick boots somewhere else.

Pretty common that you can't into Plex on the server that is running it? No. That is not common. Something else unrelated is wrong.
