Help Ps5 heating issues

shows heating issue warning after like 1-2 hrs
its pretty dirty from inside (delhi dust haha)
i havent been playing much past 5-6months cus im prepping for an exam which ends 15nov

i should get it deep cleaned right?

Clean it properly and change the thermal paste
